Front Desk Agents
Responsibilities include: customer interaction both in person and over the phone, making reservations, checking guests in and out of our different services (daycare, boarding, grooming), handling dogs, retail transactions, checking vaccinations, giving tours and other administrative duties. Previous customer service, strong communication skills and administrative experience are preferred.
Dog Care Specialists
Responsibilities include: overseeing group play and interacting with dogs in daycare, on-going cleaning in daycare and boarding areas, feeding and room preparation, moving dogs within our facilities and to and from owners, and working closely with team members and supervisors. Experience in a consumer or service environment is preferred and pet care experience is a plus.
Supervisors
Responsibilities include: ensuring and enforcing that company processes are being consistently followed, assisting with work schedules and training new team members, tracking supply needs, controlling costs, participation in company events, communication with all team members, management and customers and pro-actively focused on team engagement.
Groomers & Bathers
Responsibilities include: bathing and conditioning, brushing, clipping/dremel nails, ear cleaning, facial and paw treatments, anal gland expression and teeth brushing. Must also help generate business by calling customers, scheduling appointments and verifying vaccinations.
